Intuitive Product Experience

This product was designed for users who have moderate to extensive experience with digital products. Nonetheless, the product experience created was one of utmost ease with users not needing to decipher any symbols or prompts, having all acceptable options presented to them in the most usual and expected formats.

Prioritizing with MoSCoW

Considering how many features and use-cases this product had the potential for, it was important to prioritize the must-haves and should-haves to launch while learning from the market and iterating. The first product version settled on a handful of key features to make the value proposition easily accessible for users. The market later dictated further changes.

Leveraging Media for Product Goal

The goal of the product was to inspire the end user with creative content ideas for their business social media pages. This goal informed media use on the app. From the images used to the language of explanatory and introductory copy, the user was being drawn in to imagine how they own brand could sound and look.

User Feedback

With a clear user persona outlined for the target demographic, the product was designed to best suit users’ context and behaviours. Parametres like ease-of-use, download size, and a simple clean UI were important

Discovery & Pivoting

After a few months on the market, new discovery showed that users would prefer a product with more open-ended use options than a mobile app. The product approach pivoted to a web platform with downloadable resources with extra features as templates.
